She has been a Licensed Colorado Broker since 1982, formerly with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit since renewing her real estate career in 2001. Kim has consistently outpaced the competition with sales volume and client relationships. She booked nearly 1/4 of $1 Billion in sales since 2001. She has been awarded Platinum Club Honors, over $250,000 in commissions per year every year since 2007, Hall of Fame, Number 19 individual broker in the Mountain States in 2008. After serendipitous momentum, Kim and family, daughter Leslie and son Rip, decided to start Colorado Craft Brokers in 2014.
